the kettle in the room was broken, hardly the luxury i expected. the view i paid for was so poor, it felt like a joke. after that experience, a complimentary room upgrade would’ve been grewt, but clearly that’s just a fantasy here. if only they put half as much effort into service as they do into advertising.

The cleaning was sub-par—there were crumbs under the sofa cushions, and the cooktop was not properly cleaned. Parking was a hassle, requiring a walk of about 500m, which is inconvenient after a long day out.
